About the Recipe
This Rocket Salad will be your favorite way to eat arugula. It is a restaurant quality recipe.
Salt and Pepper
Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (make an investment in a nice block of this)
Put as much arugula in a bowl as you’d like (full container feeds 4-6).
Drizzle with olive oil, squeeze half a lemon on it, season with salt and pepper.
Toss salad to coat arugula.
Grate about a ½ cup of parmesan on the top and toss again.
Chill, serve and Enjoy!
